Dr. Gregory J Schears, MD is a Consultant of Department of Anesthesiology at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota.

He is Board Certified and is an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Mayo Clinic working with both pediatric and adult patients. Dr. Schears is the founder of Lumen-Vue, which uses nIR for determining catheter tip location. He is an acknowledged thought leader in vascular access in the international medical community. He has consulted with Luminetx and is an experienced user of ultrasound for vascular access. He agreed to chair INRIS' Medical Advisory Board after using the VascularViewer in clinical settings. He serves as a Member of Scientific Advisory Board at VasoNova, Inc. Dr. Schears serves as Member of Medical Advisory Board at Infrared Imaging Systems, Inc.
